COVID 19 Lesson Precautions

The safety of my pupils, myself and our families and friends is a top priority for me as well as preventing the spread of COVID 19. I am currently working with modifications and precautions in place, and monitoring government policy.

All pupils must wash their hands with soap and hot water immediately prior to the start of their lesson.

Pupils must use hand sanitiser at the start and during the lesson.

Pupils must wear clean clothes. Not clothes that have been worn prior to the lesson for work, school or for example out with friends or shopping.

Pupils must wear a proper clean disposable face mask. Face coverings such as scarves etc are not allowed. I will not conduct lessons without face masks.

The windows must be kept open for the lesson. Pre and post lesson briefings and mid lesson discussion will take place outside of the car. If it is raining or cold please wear warm or waterproof clothing. In heavy rain the lesson may be cancelled or moved at short notice.

Between each lesson I will wipe over all contact surfaces such as steering wheel, hand brake, gear stick, door handles, and other controls with disinfecting spray.

Please do not bring any bags or belongings to the lesson.

At the end of the days lessons I will clean the car interior surfaces with hot water and disinfecting detergent.

If a pupil develops signs of COVID 19 or has to self isolate please notify me as soon as possible.

If I develop signs of COVID 19 or have to self isolate I will notify pupils as soon as possible. This might impact tests or lessons and I accept no liability what so ever for missed lessons or test cancellations.

These precautions may be changed or upgraded without notice. Lessons (including upcoming tests) may be discontinued or cancelled without notice or reason and I accept no liability what so ever.

Due to Covid 19 if paying cash please pay with the correct money in a sealed plastic freezer type bag. For electronic payments I do not have card payments but can take online transfers. Please do this before the lesson.

Wishing all pupils and their families and friends good health at this difficult time, many thanks, Andrew
